EAP Strategic Plan

The EAP has adopted the following set of strategic goals.

  • Position the EAP to be actively involved in the state's postsecondary education policy decisions.
  • Create and develop positive working relationships and alliances with key constituencies.
  • Strengthen consumer protection for students.
  • Enhance postsecondary educational choices for students, as well as the public's awareness and understanding of these choices.
  • Enhance the role board members play in executing the EAP's statutory obligations.
  • Create, maintain, and articulate operational and administrative procedures and policies that reflect changes in the career education sector.
The above goals are further defined through a set of specific objectives, which are contained in the agency's 2008-2013 Stategic Plan.
